On Tuesday evening, Grovo was recognized by Chief Learning Officer Magazine as one of the world’s leading providers of e-learning solutions, earning a prestigious Learning in Practice Award for Excellence in E-learning.
The awards, established in 2003, celebrate innovative and inspiring leaders who are bringing groundbreaking education initiatives to the workplace as a “linchpin of workforce performance and business growth.” Our team was honored to accept our award alongside 60 impressive L&D professionals, including a few of our customers.
CLO’s Excellence in E-learning Award recognizes vendors that have rolled out an innovative and effective e-learning suite for a client. Grovo’s work with InterContinental Hotel Group fit the bill. IHG needed a way to provide consistent customer success training across the globe in a way that was engaging, cost effective, efficient, timely, and most importantly, met the needs of every stakeholder. By embracing Grovo’s microlearning solution, IHG was able to reduce overall training time from 5 weeks to 2 weeks, while providing on-demand access to an engaging library of micro lessons to reps around the world.
“One of the things that Grovo has been able to do is not only ignite passion among our employees that are receiving the training and development opportunities, but also ignite the imagination and passion of our trainers, and those that develop the curriculum,” said Kevin Randall, Vice President, Reservations and Customer Care, IHG. “It’s given them opportunities to think about ways that we can improve and strengthen our guest experience that ultimately drives revenue and performance to our hotels.”
