How Grovo Helps One Company Save Money and Enhance Employee Development

To be successful, MGAC employees need a combination of technical and soft skills. The company needed to find a way to refine those skill sets without taking employees’ time away from clients. Microlearning provided the perfect solution.

In 2015, the company founded MGAC University and chose Grovo as its on-demand online learning partner. The program uses learning and development (L&D) as a competitive tool, helping employees excel in the areas necessary to be successful in their roles. Grovo’s intuitive interface delivers more than 5,000 bite-sized video lessons and proprietary materials like forms, policies and articles, allowing employees to integrate training into their work days based on the time they have available.

The initiative has performed beyond expectations. More than 43% of employees are exceeding their learning requirements each quarter. After each internal campaign push, MGAC has a 12% spike in platform logins and learner engagement. MGAC University has cut L&D administration time by 20%, and the enhanced employee skills are helping the firm win new work.
